Last week marked a milestone moment as 28 outstanding entrepreneurs graduated from the inaugural Indiana cohort of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB) program. The Closing Session celebrated the achievements of these business leaders who successfully completed a rigorous, transformative curriculum designed to accelerate small business growth and strengthen economic impact across the state.

Over the course of the program, participants engaged in in-depth coursework focused on business growth strategies, financial management, leadership, and operational excellence. Each graduate brought a unique perspective and commitment to learning, resulting in a dynamic community of peers prepared to elevate their businesses and contribute to Indiana’s economic vitality.

“This first Indiana cohort represents more than just a graduation—it represents the beginning of a powerful network of growth-minded entrepreneurs,” said Terry Cyfers, Executive Director for Small Businesses. “These graduates are now equipped with the tools, insights, and relationships to expand their impact across the state and beyond.”

The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program is a national initiative that provides entrepreneurs with access to education, support services, and pathways to capital. The Indiana program, launched in partnership with local organizations, faculty, and business experts, reflects a commitment to fostering inclusive economic growth.

The success of this first cohort would not have been possible without the dedication of the Goldman Sachs 10KSB team, expert faculty, and valued partners who contributed to the program’s execution.

Congratulations to all 28 graduates on this achievement. Their vision, hard work, and collaboration have laid a strong foundation for continued growth and innovation.
